Hmm. I feel like if this was a widespread problem in Brazil we would be getting lots of reports of it and we’ve gotten zero via email. I suspect it might be a bug with some specific account settings, browser extentions, ISP, or something.
@marcelogsk@tsssss would either of you mind if I logged in as you on our test server to see if I can replicate the issue? That way we could maybe eliminate something account specific. As a staff member this is something I can do on our backend but I’d like to get permission first.
Sure, go ahead; do I need to do something? But as with the other report, I tested both logged in and out, so I don’t believe an account issue; also with a brand new Firefox profile, or through my cellphone connection with two different carriers :|
This is happening to me as well, as I’d noted in this post - I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices, and logging in or out. I’m currently based in Singapore.
