I found this suggestion from another feature request thread.
I like the idea (as well as some of the other recommendations on this thread). If the pop up happens to be technically challenging, another way to do this might be inserting links that redirect to training into the ID rectangle. Eg “What do I do when someone IDs my observation?” That is less intrusive and probably less effective. But hopefully most users would click on the link at some point.
