Allow users to hide casual observations from phenology graphs

I created iNat Explorer, a site to explore iNat data. One of the features of the site is to generate charts similar to iNat taxa page charts, but generate charts for every search query that works with the various available filters. The charts use both /observations/histogram and /observations/popular_field_values.
