I just signed up and am thrilled to be here. I don’t see a way for the app (IOS) to connect to the web portal account I set up…meaning, if I Identify a species though the app it doesn’t populate to my web portal account. Seems like a major oversight but I’m hoping I’m just missing where I connect the two. Thanks in advance for advice!
are you using the iNat app? or are you using Seek? if you’re using the iNat app, you need to make sure you sync your observations in the app. are your observations not syncing?
even before that, it’s worth checking that you’re logged into the same account on each. I haven’t used the iOS app at all, but any images / screenshots we can see of your user settings may help.
There is no opportunity to log in on the app.
I’m using Seek. Assumed that was the iNat app. Kinda confusing. This seems to be the problem. Thanks much.
