Auto-obscure the location of a species

I’ve noticed that the location of some species are auto-obscured. I think the location of the Rose Trillium should be auto-obscured: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/357301-Trillium-grandiflorum-roseum

Is there a policy or procedure regarding auto-obscuring the location of a species?
