"Best" photos you've uploaded on iNat

And to see them sparring too! That must have been an amazing experience!!

I believe they were nest mates greeting and communicating via pheromones

Even cooler!!!
(Clearly not an ant expert here!)

Ran across another favorite today just playing around on the computer this morning. This Green Heron was very cooperative in posing for photos back 2019.

I really like these two new photos

These ones by far! They show the organism very well and they’re nice photos!

Amazing!

I kind of like this.

For some reason I feel this one would be a poet, if human.

Love these two shots taken with my brand-new camera!

Long-tailed macaque from Angkor Wat, Cambodia.

I like the way at first glance, they look like a single moth.

It’s true!

These three photos are my favourites!

They are indeed amazing :clap:t3:!

Thanks!

Here are a couple of my favourites. First one - it’s always an experience to get close to an emu and there is only one place I know for this experience. Plus they have so much personality.

The next one I like because fantails move very quickly and with great agility, so getting this one in flight was exciting

This one is just aesthetically pleasing for the composition and light

My favorite photos from the week! Taken with a Lumix FZ80

Hi, I am new here as far as commenting. :waving_hand:t2:Personally, I think this picture is my best because iNaturalist identified it (along with another user) after I did. I thought it was pretty remarkable one little tuff of a feather could be identified. I’m 99% sure it’s correct because I do get a lot of mourning doves.

Welcome to the community!

You’re right. Feathers are usually difficult to identify, so a tip I could give you is to write the length of it in the notes so identifiers can be as exact as possible. :)
