Cal Parks asks public to use iNat for Monarch tracking

California State parks too. I was out in Russian Gulch last month and they had a sign that said using inat in the park helps.

Reason they are focusing on iNat instead of the Western Monarch Milkweed Mapper? Is it a matter of the size of the user base or some other factor?
