I am helping a friend sign up to iNat. He puts in his email, a username and a password and password confirmation. He is then unable to click on the green button to ‘Create an Account’ as it is not allowed.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Did he complete the CAPTCHA?
There is no option to complete the CAPTCHA. How do you get that option?
Yes it was through the website, but the problem has been solved. We tried on a different computer and the CAPTCHA thing worked - all sorted.

Glad they got it figured out! Must be a browser plugin or something blocking the recaptcha code.
Yeah, I think the CAPTCHA doesn’t work with some browsers, specifically Edge/IE.
