Comprehensiveness of conservation statuses on iNaturalist?

This was in reference to Enneapogon desvauxii, which I thought was only native in the New World, but maybe am mistaken? If it is only introduced in Israel, then I would question the need to obscure its locations there, but you would be better positioned to make that call. All I’m going on is what’s on the taxon page (the Map and Status tabs).

Regardless of where it may be introduced versus native, it seems like a widespread and secure enough species that I question the need to obscure it anywhere. But only feel comfortable making that call in my own part of the world.

Thank you. I don’t personally know anything about the species, but I’ll make sure it’s looked at by people who do. If need be, I’ll open a flag for further discussion there.
