safari, website, any observation.
In the last few months I have several times added an id and it disappears immediately after it is registered. No reload. why?
Not a constant issue. but happens every now and then. Today, twice in a row, which made me write it. generally I just write in the id again but is is frustrating, although uncommon/
I had this phenomenon last winter, when I did a lot of IDs for this competition month here (I don’t remember the name, sorry). I had the impression, that this happens, when iNat servers are overloaded, especially in evening time (local time zone), when a lot of people are online, people on the other end of the world are woken up (where are much more users than in Europe) and have their iNat time, etc..
for me I could solve it (for a moment) with pressing “STRG+F5” (CTRL+F5) to reload the whole page.
At the moment it’s fine, but I avoid IDing in times, where iNat servers are too bussy with other things.
