Does it matter which checklist instance is the primary one?

Is set as the primary listing of the species for Madagascar ?

The only possible thing I can think of is if there are any implications for being able to cascade establishment means. Does it matter if the primary listing is a child checklist, or to cascade, can that only be done from a list directly linked into the geohierarchy?

Any other implications as to which is set ?
