My friend tried to join up, entered a user name and made a password, but now gets a message that something is wrong and is stalled. Is there a way to expunge his user name and have him start all over with a different user name?
Actually he needs to have his email address expunged as well I think in order to have a clean re-start.
He should email help@inaturalist.org for assistance from @tiwane.
