Help with setting up a project

I need help setting up the iNat project for my university. Heres the basic criteria.

  1. I only want observations from people who have proof that they are/were from my university (that is done by them filling the google form in the project)
  2. I want to include all observations from all people who we add to the project.

Fairly simple, i’ve set up a project before with roughly the same criteria but it seems like theres a glitch here. Only around 500 of my own observations are showing up for me. Fewer observations than the actual number are showing up for everybody.

Please help me out with this, tell me whats going wrong

You currently are filtering only for observations that have the Evidence of Presence annotation filled out. Change With Annotation to None if you want all observations.
