How to add new taxa to dinosauria?

I have been working on dinosaur observations, basically filtering out all the obs of computer-generated reconstructions and stuffed toys. But, I was wondering if it was possible to add new taxa for observations of dinosaurs that have never been observed before (like this one, https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/256451755, of a Gryposaurus but stuck at Kritosaurini). Not sure if this can just be done spontaneously or if it has to go through a whole big process.

Thanks for the help!

Given that fossil observations are de-emphasized on iNaturalist, curators have intentionally avoided adding many fossil taxa. But the process for adding new taxa should be the same for Dinosauria as it is for extant organisms: you would make a flag at the current finest taxon (in this case, Kritosaurini) and explain your reasons as to why the taxon should be added. Curators will then make a decision to add it or not.
