How to view observation from photo?

How can I view the observation associated with a photo, for example this beautiful nudibranch:
https://www.inaturalist.org/photos/5149

Or is there no observation associated with this? Sorry if this is already obvious for veterans of this site, but I couldn’t find an answer in a simple search of the forums.
