I see this is not a place for I.D. queries. Can someone steer me? I have a good detailed photo. Thanks!

Have you posted the observation on iNaturalist? Have you provided at least a high-level ID – Dragonflies Suborder Anisoptera – so that experts are more likely to find your observation? If so, then just be patient. An ID will come, although it might take a while.
