I got duped by a rope too, my [“snake molt”](https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/128672985). I think my favorite so far is @OlinLathrop’s [survey whiskers](https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/trash-talking-strangest-things/32719/63) (best guess).
