Ichthyosaura alpestris montenegrina is it real?

Hello guys! I couldn’t find any photos or drawings of this creature except for this one. What are the differences between Ichthyosaura alpestris serdarus or montenegrinus (Radovanović, 1951) and other Alpine newts?

Also, there are no observations of either of them in the Žminičko Lake area on iNaturalist.

Can you help me find a photo or drawing?

Thank you!

The Alpine Newt is here on iNaturalist (Note: it’s also referred to as genus Mesotriton; see Wiki page for details over genus debate):

I can’t read the caption on the sign you uploaded, but this is definitely not a newt but a lizard, I think Lacerta agilis.

На табличке фото ящерицы, а не тритона.
Если смотреть общие наблюдения - недалеко от этих мест этого тритона находили, так что он может обитать в этом озере. Просто никто его на иНатруалист не сфотографировал.
