Identify button on explore page filter dropdown redirects to wrong identify page url

Description of problem:

When sorting by date observed(either order) clicking the identify button to open an identify page with the same filters, ignores the date observed filter (but retains other filters, even those not available on the dropdown) and sorts by date added descending(the default) instead

The Identify link pretty much has a mind of its own. If you’re viewing verifiable observations with Explore, the link will load only “Needs ID” observations in Identify. So the problem goes pretty deep, I’m afraid.
