iNat doubling observation photos in upload

Description of problem:

Step 1: Hit upload

Step 2: Add photos

Step 3: Before metadata loads, drag to a different location

If you submit, the extra photo stays

Same problem in Edge Ver 154.0.4258.53

Firefox Ver 157.0 works normally (thankfully).

Edit: In Edge this also happens if you accidentally join obs and then split them again, the top image duplicates.

Same thing started to happen several weeks back with the android app. Not every single time, but vast majority of observations have duplicated photos, when I upload them from the app.
