# iNaturalist Export page different arrangement and not able to export observations

**Description of problem** :

Step 1: Paste link with observations that I want to download (example: [https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?introduced&place\_id=105819&subview=map&taxon\_id=48678](https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?introduced&place_id=105819&subview=map&taxon_id=48678) )

Step 2: Click create export or press Enter on keyboard

Step 3: Keeps loading and the small window with notification about download doesn’t open. With the alternative profile (same computer, browser, process) it works without a problem. As it can be seen from the screenshots, even the layout is different.

I’m not sure if this is related to what you are experiencing, but the query parameters would be just this rather than an entire URL:

`introduced=true&place_id=105819&taxon_id=48678`

Hello both,  
pasting only introduced=true&place\_id=105819&taxon\_id=48678 as a query doesn’t change behaviour.  
I did not opt into test mobile responsiveness for the website that I would know. I have checked the account setings and can see Test Groups: Mobile-friendly Mode _green_ JOIN button next to it. I assume this means that I am not a part of it.

Just to be clear, the exact same process on the same device and browser with different iNaturalist profile works flawllesly.

Hello all,  
While looking for solutions to a problem I was having with the export page, I found this bug report which matched my situation exactly. I use Windows, and have tried the export page in both Firefox and Explorer and found the same problem, with both the incorrect page arrangement and the inability to export observations. It seems to be tied to the account as it’s the same on different browsers. I checked, and this happens both when inputting parameters and when using the form to input a query.  
I was hoping to ask if this has been looked into and whether there are any solutions?
