Interactions of species with homonyms

I recently learned there is a fly (Tachinid) with the genus name Entomophaga - and there is the insect-infecting fungus with the same name.
So I wondered whether there are cases of Entomophaga infecting Entomophaga.
Thinking further, what about Prunella hopping around between Prunella flowering, or Oenanthe resting on an Oenanthe umbel, or…

What could be likely scenarios of two such species meeting, or are there even records in iNat of such an encounter?

I don’t know any off the top of my head although here is a website that has some hemihomonyms cataloged. There is also a previous discussion and feature request that touch on the same topic.

Dionaea would have to cross the Pond to be eaten by Dionaea.

I personally dislike interkingdom homonyms, even if they are or maybe because their allowed- their just confusing.
