Description of problem: My iOS app has completely stopped uploading, doesn’t matter if I try 1 at a time or bulk. it freezes 30% of the way throught he first upload seemingly indefinitely. This happneed halfway through about 200 observations from a recent trip, and i can’t find a workaround. Very frustrating that the iPhone app doesn’t have any link with my profile, so most of my observations from the latest excursion are locked away within my phone. Frustrating.

I’m sorry about this. Can you please send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Here are instructions for how to take a screenshot on several types of devices: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org

Also, can you please try to re-create the issue one more time and, if it persists, send us a log file from the app? That might provide some insight into what’s happening in the code.

To send a log file:

  1. Go to the About screen in the app and tap on the version number a few times until you see a pink “Turn off Debug Mode” button. That means you’ve now turned on Debug mode.

  2. In the side menu, tap on Debug

  3. Tap on the “Log” button at the top of the Debug page

  4. Tap on “Email log” button to email a log file to us.

  5. Email the log file

  6. Go back to the About screen and turn off Debug mode

I’m having the same issue. I just tried following your instructions, but I don’t understand what you mean in step 2 by “In the side menu”. Where is that? I’m using an iPhone 13 mini with iOS 26.3.1(a). I’ve also submitted a support ticket.

I mean where it says “Menu” on the bottom left hand side.
