For some reason I have not been able to make identifications on other people’s observations using my IPhone XR. I can still upload observations, but I cannot make identifications. When I try to I get stuck with a loading icon that can literally persist for hours.
Has anyone else experienced this/have any solutions? It’s not a issue with my internet I already looked into that, closing the app down completely and restarting it doesn’t help either.
