# Leaf attributes for plants

Sorry if this is explained elsewhere, but under the leaf attributes for plants, the “colored leaves,” does that apply in the fall? Is this about naturally non-green leaves on plants or does it include the fall color change?

There’s a thread somewhere about plant annotations…  
“Colored leaves” is really meant to track fall foliage, I think.

Change in leaf colour for fall / autumn  
but **also for drought stress**.

Not for leaves which are ‘not green’ by nature (glaucous, grey, golden, variegated - whatever)
