But I haven’t used Instagram in ages. Annoying that it forces you to use app, plus owned by Facebook so I always get angry when I use it. Lost interest when they focused on reels, stories, etc.
I have a blog with a monthly post from my hikes - Fynbos Rambles - mostly plants with their little critters. But the most interesting stuff is here on iNat. (Unless you want words and context with your pictures)
I have a YouTube channel about gardens and nature. I’m especially happy about this video which I could not have made without all the ID help I got from iNat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amM_3aC6RO4&t=40s
Following on twitter. Mine is https://twitter.com/locavoraciousNB Mostly law and politics, with a smattering of personal/ nature stuff. Feel free to turn off retweets. Nobody outside of my province needs to know about the sorry state of our @#%^&* politics.
Great idea! I post a mixed bag of things on my Facebook page @NorfolkIslandTime including lifestyle associated with living on a small remote island. But often it is underwater images of life in our coral lagoon and reef on Norfolk Island, South Pacific. I also cross post on Instagram and Linked In (https://www.linkedin.com/in/writenow/), but the latter is mainly for my blog posts from my website www.norfolkislandreef.com.au
The photo is of Emily Bay, our lagoon, with storm clouds.
I can look out of my window and see Norfolk Island pine. For some reason they are popular garden plants in Cape Town. (We also have a lonely only Cook Island pine leaning to the Equator)
On Instagram, my handle is @mothsgalore! (in reality I post my nature findings, not just moths.) Be sure to follow and like my posts to follow up on my adventures in LA County and western America!
I have a small youtube channel here where I post videos of wildlife and nature! My main focus is birds, but I will occasionally post about other organisms. It really means a lot to me when people leave a like or even (though very rarely) subscribe! It would be awesome if you checked it out! Thanks!
