Location name blank/unkown but observation has location

I don’t see a bug here, just a blank “location note” field. That field is optional and editable by the observation’s owner. It is usually filled in from either Google Maps or Apple Maps when an observation is uploaded (described here). As this is a 2014 observation posted from the Android app, it’s possible that there was a bug in the app back then that prevented it from looking up the location name from Google Maps, but it is also possible that the poster deleted the note (intentionally or accidentally).
