# Mushroom Observer import tool

Using the website

Browser -----------Microsoft explorer

The mushroom observer tool is not working.

I Paste the API key in and after a few a message says  
Errors:  
API key is not valid

I asked Jason From Mushroom observer to look into it to see if it was on their end.  
I was told  
The API key you’re using are both valid and verified. And does not think its on their side.
