# Number of Observers

I have a question on how the number of observers shown on a search is compiled, If I look at # of observers for a three year period, is the numbers shown the actual number of different observers for the 3 year period.

yes, this is correct. Was there a different metric that you were thinking might be retrieved instead?

Every observer per one year added together perhaps.
