Observation with two agreeing ID's not showing as Research Grade

*Description of problem: This particular observation has two agreeing ID’s (from two years ago) but is not showing as Research Grade. I reviewed the observation and don’t see anything that would prevent it from being so.

Looks like a temporary bug (ok, a butterfly actually), something was stuck.
I agreed with your initial ID (adding a 3rd), it went RG; then deleted my ID, and it stays RG.
Should it happen again, you could try and do that: withdraw your ID, then re-enable it. It could work, who knows.
