Observations from spammers still showing as nearby observations

This user has been suspended:

But a number of their observations are still showing up in the nearby observations, and locations for a place. If you click on any of their observations it says “This user was suspended” but the images still show up.

Shouldn’t observations of a suspended user be removed from all searches immediately?

Looks like someone inappropriately marked this user as a spammer, but that only applies to commercial content, not other inappropriate behavior.

That said, spam accounts’ observations shouldn’t show up in Nearby Observations.
