Help. Is there a trick, a tweak, an URL – to automagically open all 30 obs each in their own new tab. Currently clicking each one, which is tiresome.
Working thru the fungi which I dumped in Kingdom for example.
Why do you want to do this? What can you only do on the obs page that you can’t do in Identify?
Because – with my knowledge of fungi – it works better when I have one obs on a full screen. Some of my IDs are 5 years old, so I know a little more and CV has learnt much more down the years. I want to use all the available info. Mostly the Compare tool works more efficiently on a bigger space. And I can see if the yellow label project has a (CV based) suggestion without waiting for … loading … When the obs has sat at Kingdom fungi for 5 years, if I can nudge it along a taxon level, maybe that helps. I have a trickle of notifications coming in.
For new obs, or plants and insects, I enjoy the popup in the Identify modal. Clicking thru various screens for annotations, and projects, and DQA – is fine when you don’t want to see them all for each obs.
I don’t know whether it is relevant, but as I understand, you can only access the CV suggestions on the obs page. (When an identification is clearly wrong, but I’m not sure what the correct identification is, I may look at Google, PlantNet and iNat for second opinions.)
I work like that as well, opening every observation in adifferent tan, as I ID on my phone an can zoom.in better on the individual tab.. the identify page does not work great on my phone, only works as an overview for me

There is no way to open all the obs at once (that I am aware of). Thirty tabs at a time might be a bit much for your browser anyway. Though, only you would know that obviously.
What you could do, using the Observations page rather than Identify, is middle-click on a load of obs (which opens each in a new tab) and then go and do your thing on each tab.
Technically this could be done with a small bookmarklet.

You could add this to your bookmarks toolbar.
Though first time clicking on it might prompt your browser to ask if you want to allow pop-ups from inaturalist.
After allowing these, it should work seamlessly (takes some time to open all though).
Though I myself tested it only in Firefox. Should also work in other browsers, but behaviour might differ a bit.

It would be nice if iNat offered us that choice.
I am also zoomed in – but trying the responsive design test. Seems to make better use of the screen space on my laptop.
You could also try just dragging this link to your bookmarks toolbar.
Edit: never mind that wont’ work, forum adds https:// infront of that, that shouldn’t be there.
Though now that I tested it in chrome. I noticed that it hides its “pop-up” permission a bit more.

Depending on your browser, there may be a tool that can do that. I use Firefox, and I have a tool called something like “Link Lasso” installed- I can hold down right click and drag the cursor across the screen to create a box, and when I let go, all links in the box get opened in their own new tabs. Nifty little thing.
