# Potential attribution issue on a place page

**Description of problem** When I mouse over the image, I get one attribution “Photo © Mark D. Read, some rights reserved (CC BY-NC)” but when I mouse over the C in the black circle at the lower right, I get “Photo © Curt Lehman, all rights reserved”

Mark D. Read appears to be correct, because when I click the image, I get:

When I follow the Curt Lehman link, I get

which has the original photo under associated taxa.

Is this a bug, or am I just not understanding something here?

looks like a bug.

here are the photos on the taxon page:

note that the first photo is the CC BY-NC photo of the adult moth by Read, and the last photo is the all rights reserved photo of the caterpillar by Lehman. so that places page must be showing the first species photo but then displaying the licensing information from the last photo… or something strange like that.
