When I add a new observer rule to a project with Chrome 90, and I press save, then I expect to be taken back to the project page. Instead, it waits for 60 seconds and then times out, popping up this dialog box: ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex016/uploads/inaturalist/original/3X/9/8/982f7f1d80b73bc638ddbd7911914a546d0d54b6.png) I edited a second project rule to measure the exact time & capture any messages from console. This is what it reported: > Access to fetch at ‘[https://api.inaturalist.org/v1/projects/discord-inaturalist-yearlisting-2021](https://api.inaturalist.org/v1/projects/discord-inaturalist-yearlisting-2021)’ from origin ‘[https://www.inaturalist.org](https://www.inaturalist.org)’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request’s mode to ‘no-cors’ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled When I navigate manually to the project page after that, I can confirm the new observer is successfully saved in the rules. ---

After the most recent scheduled maintenance, I have not had any recurrences of this issue, so I believe it is solved. Thanks! ---
