The district boundaries don’t show up in Browser for Bangalore Urban district, instead it selects a Bounding Box. For Kolkata district it works fine. It also works on mobile app.

When you just write a place in search box it uses Google places, they only show as bounding boxes, only iNat places can be shown as actual borders, for them you go to Filters>More filters>Place. For your second screenshot there’s an iNat place that shows you those boundaries
If you want to do same for Bangalore you need to use iNat place too (in filters)
