It’s a neat Idea but I would be concerned about iNat becoming responsible for telling people whether property is public or private. However I could see adding additional existing basemaps that include some of this data, like maybe some of the basemaps caltopo uses

You might try changing your map tile view to OpenStreetMaps, which oftne includes trail data.
