Greetings Fellow iNatters ! Next month I plan an ecotourism trip to the Sian Ka’an World Natural Heritage Site. It does not have much ecotourism infrastructure. Any suggestions from anyone who’s been there on how to get the most iNatting from this trip ? I have the handicap of being monolingual in English. It would be nice to do something nocturnal, like mothing.
I’ve never been in Tulum, but if you find out how to enter Xibalba there, you could find Xibalbanus tulumensis. It’s a remipede, a sort of long crustacean with many legs that lives in caves.
You may want to look up Superholly on YouTube. She has a home in Tulum and makes videos about English for Spanish speakers (you watching that would be called reverse learning or something like that), maybe the reverse, and other topics. She says she’s not a native speaker of Spanish; I say she is.
