Some of the mouseover text in notifications dropdown is buggy ("error: Internal Server Error" / error: Backend Fetch Failed)

When scrolling through my notifications dropdown, I noticed that a couple of them have unexpected buggy mouseover text.

I have always had something like the first image if I have a lot of notifications and I scan through them too quickly.

Ah, I assumed there was already a bug report on this, but perhaps not! It’s been happening to me since about forever - only happens sometimes, and only if I have a lot of notifications (75+ maybe? I don’t know). Doesn’t seem to matter how quickly I scan through them. Sometimes if I scan away and come back the problem resolves itself, sometimes not.
