Sorting by Geo Score does not appear consistent

Description of problem: I would expect to see the sort options for Geo Score in Ascending and Descending order be the inverse of each other, but that is not the case. In the example given, there are three pages of results, but the first records shown are mostly the same whether sorting Ascending or Descending.

Step 1: Open Identify, select Sort By Geo Score “Ascending”. Note the order of observations shown.

Step 2: Change to Sort By Geo Score “Descending”. Note the order again. It is not the inverse of the order in step one.

Step 3. In the case of a search with more results, go to the final page of the results from Step 2. Notice that they are not the same observations as the first page of results from Step 1, as would be expected.

Step 4. Replicate in another browser (in my case, Firefox first, then Safari)

Maybe the new Disagreements and the Geoscore is too much sorting and getting confused.

I can confirm similar behaviour when not filtering for Disagreements (e.g., just Needs ID in general for a small Place).
