This is a turtle dove because juriti pupu are not brown and the animal has a big beak
I think that’s a juvenile Leptotila verreauxi/White-tipped dove/juriti pupu. At that age the bill is much longer in proportion to their head and they look much browner. The photo in question was taken in South Texas so a turtle-dove seems very unlikely. You can see more photos of juveniles here:
In general misidentifications are not bugs, if you think an ID is wrong you can submit an ID of your own, but it’s worth checking different life stages and such before you do so because this is often the cause of a strange looking ID.
Adding on - if you maximize the photo and then click it, it will take you to a page that links to the observation page if one exists for that photo. That particular photo links to an observation from Honduras. Then, on the observation page, you can write a comment about why you think the ID is not correct, or add your own ID (although as mentioned in this case it is a fledgeling, explaining why the proportions and colour look different. When the feathers of the forehead grow in the beak won’t look as big).
Thanks to those who already commented. Yes, this situation can be handled on iNat itself and isn’t a bug per se, so I’ll close.
