yes, you may type in any language. it might help if you included in each post both your native language and an English translation (to the best of your ability), that way you have more control over how people understand you.

한국어로 올려도 대부분 괜찮은 것 같아요. 다만 해외 커뮤니티라면 영어가 더 많은 답변을 받을 수 있을 수 있습니다. 짧은 글 제한 때문에 의미 없는 글을 넣는 건 이해되지만, 가능하면 간단한 질문이나 소개라도 적는 게 좋을 것 같네요.
