Trying to refresh Wikipedia content gives 429 error

Description of problem: I’ve been trying to resolve some flags regarding incorrect Wikipedia content, but each time I try to load or refresh new Wikipedia content for a taxon page, I get an error. For example, if I click the Refresh link at https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/859236/edit, it says “The Wikipedia summary could not be fetched right now. Please try again in 30 minutes.” Clicking that Refresh link tries to load https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/859236-Hypericum-virginicum/refresh_wikipedia_summary via Javascript, which returns a 429 Too Many Requests error. I’ve tried waiting 30 minutes several times, but it doesn’t make any difference.

I tried it again and it went through successfully this time! Of course I just had to complain about it first and then it starts working ;)
