Step 3:It has been like this since last night. Refreshing the page, restarting the computer, changing the wifi network, clearing browsing data, signing in / out do not help. ---

Looks like the page just didn’t load properly. Reload the page. If that doesn’t work, hold down the Control key and click the Reload button or press F5 on the keyboard. ---

it looks like you’re not getting some CSS files. i did a quick search of the forum for “CSS”, and this looks relevant: [https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/upload-page-slow-and-looking-very-strange/7215](https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/upload-page-slow-and-looking-very-strange/7215). you could also check your browser’s console (CTRL+SHIFT+I in Chrome) to see if any relevant error or warning messages pop up. ---

I had trouble with the map yesterday. I couldn’t even enter latitude and longitude manually. But later, it worked. I have no idea why. ---

Checked out your link and read the comments there… yup, it was my VPN. Disabling it, then reloading, then re-enabling it, fixed the problem for good. ---
