I understand that I am not exactly reporting a bug here, but I have an urgent, quick question. Is there any staff I can discuss a bug with in a confidential setting? I will provide more details upon a response. I’ve contacted the right email but haven’t heard anything in almost 48 hours. Thank you! ---

[rademacherdan](https://forum.inaturalist.org/u/rademacherdan/summary) is the head of that group. @tiwane is usually the primary staff person we interact with on the forum, but it varies, and the outreach staff are likely just going to forward technical issues to engineering staff (though they may have better channels to do so than the general public does). welcome to the community, and i hope you get a response to your question to staff… ---

Seconding this, which I’ll mark as the solution, as staff are already tagged here and monitor tickets and the help email address, this is more about bugs than an actual bug report, and OP indicated that they don’t want to discuss the bug on the forum.
