I have identified a Sphagnum moss to subgenus, and the subgenus is recognized as a taxon in iNaturalist (https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/960605-Cuspidata); but I can’t figure out how to enter it as an ID. I tried typing in Sphagnum subgenus Cuspidata but that didn’t work. Suggestions? Thanks!
When I enter a subgenus, I enter only the name of the subgenus, eg, esula or chamaesyce. You may need to type out most or all of the name, and be careful to select the correct option.
