Your best photos of the week!

@susanne-kasimir Congratulations on your first win on the topic! It’s not everyday frogs decide to jump on a lily pad, and even better: two of them!

@whistlingduck thank you! I feel honoured. I think the photo looks like a tropical holiday - and I currently use it on my desktop.

I’m trying to develop better instinct for not constantly overexposing everything, so I got out the macro lens for some slower moving critters this week. Not sure I nailed my brief, but I think it’ll do for his yearbook!

Hello everyone! I am going to LA for 2 weeks, so this will be the last poll of July. I will make the next poll on August first (then I go to a birding camp in Algonquin but we’ll figure that one out later).

I couldn’t @ tag everyone because iNat has a limit of 10, so I just told caterpillar511 that I made the poll (don’t worry, I didn’t leave him out!) Good luck!

Do those wings work? Nevermind, dumb question.

Pretty sure this is a young one with developing wings. So not yet.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but @steven_bach, you just had the most votes on an individual entry! Congratulations on the win! I was actually inspired to take a shot similar to yours, but let’s just say I have no photos at all.
