I’m not judging, but because you brought it up I am curious as to why someone would choose to follow such an unusual diet. Do you just really like beef that much? Do you believe there to be health benefits of eating only beef? Has this diet had an effect on your health, good or bad, over the time you’ve followed it?
Do you take supplements such as vitamin C?

Major impact, yes.
I have rebuttals to every single concern (environmental, health, etc.) raised in these (2) threads, but one idea that I’m trying to live by is, “Don’t convince; execute”.
Which means, don’t spend time trying to convince people that you’re right, especially if they’re already opposed to the idea.
Take that same energy that you would otherwise spend on convincing, and direct it towards getting the message out to people who might be genuinely interested in the answers.
