[1000003142] As has been discussed, observers are not allowed to trust umbrella projects, only collection projects. Consider deleting this portion of the page for creating umbrella projects?

Yes, because thats the only one that made sense to me. Its not a bug or feature request … I can move it …

I think it would fit under a feature request, as you are requesting for a feature (it’s just that the feature involves deleting something). Or general. Idk though, I’m probably wrong about this.
