Don't let an observation attain Research Grade if its location is very imprecise

Observations with accuracy > a certain value (I think it’s the 0.2 x 0.2 bounding box for obscuration?) aren’t mapped on general maps in iNat, so I don’t think this is a huge concern.

You can already exclude observations with any accuracy value via search URLS, see:
