I’ve only done 1,566 IDs for the CNC so far - I better get busy (busier)!
I often do these, because I’ve gotten decent at telling tree bark (not great, but enough that plus leaf litter around I feel confident enough HAH)
The good high numbers - the species count.
57K worldwide.
12K in the global project (for the I don’t Have a Local project)
And 3.5K from Cape Town (which I helped with 2.5K IDs)
Those really are extraordinary numbers for how many different species were observed!
